The Comprehensive Work Place First Aid Course includes essential skills of patient care which can be presented in industrial or home-type settings tailored to meet the needs of any participant.

The video backbone and extensive student materials make for effective and entertaining courses utilising the "hearing, seeing, doing, speaking, and feeling" methodology to create a low-stress learning environment.

These courses cover scene assessment, identification of hazards, medical conditions and how to manage a range of possible emergencies such as:

  • Shock and bleeding
  • Burns
  • Fractures and soft tissue injuries
  • Poisoning
  • Chest pains eg Heart Attack
  • Seizures
  • Asthma
  • Strokes
  • Major incidents

Who should attend

Anybody wanting a thorough knowledge of first aid and/or those appointed as the designated fFirst aid provider in their workplace. Every workplace should have a qualified first aider.
